Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Clover Language Solutions LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services in Spanish tutoring, interpreting, translating, U.S. citizenship preparation, and Spanish language immersion travel. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to handle cancellations and refunds in a fair and transparent manner.

1. Tutoring, Interpreting, and Citizenship Preparation Classes

Cancellations:

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be non-refundable and charged at the full rate.

Refunds:

  • If a prepaid session is canceled with sufficient notice (24+ hours), it may be rescheduled or refunded upon request.

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

2. Translation Services

Refunds:

  • Because of the time and labor involved, translation services are non-refundable once the work has begun.

  • If you cancel a translation before work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the scope and timeline.

Revisions:

  • We offer one round of revisions at no additional charge within 7 days of delivery. After that, revisions may incur additional fees.

3. Spanish Language & Cultural Immersion Travel

Deposits:

  • All travel experiences require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, cover planning costs, and reserve accommodations.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the departure date may receive a partial refund, minus the deposit and any non-refundable third-party costs.

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of departure may not be eligible for a refund, depending on vendor and booking policies.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.

4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, family emergency, or other serious situation, please contact us directly. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
