Clover Language Solutions LLC is a limited liability company based in Salem, Virginia. We offer:

• Spanish tutoring (online or in-person)

• Interpreting and translation services

• U.S. citizenship preparation classes

• Spanish language and cultural immersion travel experiences

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must register and give consent on your behalf.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, check, and digital payment services (e.g., Venmo, PayPal).

• For tutoring or interpretation services: cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

• For immersion travel: due to the nature of travel planning, deposits may be non-refundable, and other payments are subject to a cancellation policy provided at booking.

4. Travel Services

Clients who register for Spanish immersion experiences must provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to:

• Passport details

• Social Security number

• Emergency contact information

• Health/disability accommodations

Clover Language Solutions LLC is not responsible for travel delays, personal injury, or loss due to third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, local tour operators). Clients are responsible for securing appropriate travel insurance.

5. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful or fraudulent behavior

• Disrupt the functionality of the site

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

All website content (text, images, branding) is the property of Clover Language Solutions LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
